Welcome to our Stone Mill neighborhood!
We are glad to have you as our neighbor. The Stone Mill HOA uses the PayHOA application to manage and communicate, electronically, with our neighbors. In this application, you can do the following and more:
1. Make annual dues payment (alternatively, you can pay by Zelle or snail mail)
a. Invoice, payment, outstanding balance, and account history are listed under Unit Details tab.
b. NOTE: The HOA distributes annual dues invoices via email from PayHOA in December for the following year (e.g., 2027 dues invoices are available in December 2026) for January 31st due date. Interest starts accruing on the past due balance beginning February 1. The prolonged unpaid dues and interest, without the homeowner’s communication with the HOA to resolve the issue, may result in a lien filed against the property, at the homeowner’s expense.
2. View HOA financial documents (Click on Documents tab and expand subfolders to select the desired document to view.)
3. Submit requests (On Requests tab, select General Request for Q&A or Architectural Request for structural changes such as roof, fence, external paint, back patio, etc.)
