Annual Dues
5 residents remain unpaid for 2020
3 residents remain unpaid for 2019
Potential Covenant Changes
Still being compiled.
Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale
Typically held on the 3rd Saturday in May. We will have no Garage Sale this year due to Covid precautions.
Park Equipment
Beam Repair expense approved and moving forward on repair.
North Kalanchoe Ave
In holding status with attorney. Court system backed up due to Covid. Situation remains in Discovery.
Walking Paths
West park path work to be next path repaired.
Stone Mill Entrances
Looking at roofing options for Stone Mill Entrance Structures.
NEW BUSINESS
Annual Dues are coming up for 2021.
HOA Officers for 2021, nominations were made to continue in same positions as in 2020, with no objections.
Need to get a second signature on the SMHOA Account. Doug will coordinate.

Had Shane spray the path for grass
Shane also removed the tree limbs from the center reserve section
Sprayed pre-emergent
Entrance flower beds prepped for planting
Shingle replacement may still be possible. David is working with Accurate Roofing on the project
Shed at Freeport had the door kicked in. Randy Leard general contractor replaced the frame work
Jack Wills replacing swing beam that is weather rotted on East play set

RV letter 3320 W Broadway Ct., returned.

Boat storage 209 N Nyssa Ave
