REVIEW OF MINUTES
Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
REVIEW OF FINANCIAL REPORT
Financial Report reviewed and approved.
Still being compiled.
We are needing to look at purchasing 3 new tables. We need to look for someone to install new tables and move others around to better suited locations. Also need to relocate benches.
North Kalanchoe Ave
Communication continues between resident and HOA lawyers on above ground pool and two shed violations at this address. Materials being gathered for legal counsel. Currently in discovery.
David had Greg quote Center Reserve Path work. There will be a regrade in the center section, to move the trail to the north side of a cedar tree by resident on the east end. He will also replace one crossing and add one additional crossing. Expense approved.
HOA Meeting Times
It was proposed that we switch from every other month to meeting quarterly on the second Tuesday of the following months: January, April, July, and October. We will meet again in May and discuss possible implementation.
Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale
This is held annually on the 3rd Saturday in May.
Stone Mill Entrances
Quotes are being obtained for shingle replacements to the Stone Mill Entrance buildings.

Greenhouse Request denied as it wasn’t in compliance with covenants
Entrances, reset timers
Attended HOA Workshop
Met with attorney to go over North Kalanchoe Discovery
Had Jack Willis repair West playset.
