REVIEW OF MINUTES
Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
REVIEW OF FINANCIAL REPORT
Financial Report reviewed and approved.
7 residents remain unpaid.
Still being compiled.
Jack Willis repaired West playset. Also working to update tables and benches, in addition to moving park equipment to more useful locations.
North Kalanchoe Ave
In holding status with attorney. Court system backed up due to Covid. Situation remains in Discovery.
Center Reserve Path work is completed. New quotes are coming in for the west end street to drainage ditch. It was noted that we have a lot of Poison Ivy in the wooded areas of our walking trails, though not invasive at this point.
HOA Meeting Times
It was proposed and approved that we switch from every other month, to meeting quarterly on the second Tuesday of the following months: January, April, July, and October. We will meet again in October.
Stone Mill Entrances
Quotes are being obtained for shingle replacements to the Stone Mill Entrance buildings. David reset timers.
Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale
Typically held on the 3rd Saturday in May. We will have no Garage Sale this year due to Covid precautions.
MEMBER REPRESENTATIVE REPORT
Michael and David reviewed the tree debris to be removed from the East park greenbelt.
Path work on center section is completed.
West park path work to be next path repaired.
Pool letter sent to 3205 West Elgin Street (Pool was subsequently removed)
Pool letter sent to 3208 West Elgin Street (Pool was then also removed)
Met with Dennis (Ninety One Construction) to discuss replacing benches and tables.
Sent out quote for Park benches and tables (it was approved)
Had landscaper spray for new portion of path to address grass and weeds.
